Situated on the hillside overlooking the Bourgas bay with sea and mountain views, and near to the sandy beaches of Sunny Beach, at the top of the hill yet minutes from the village center of Izvorishte, this villa is a beautiful, tranquil and simple place to relax and de-stress. With secluded gardens, fruit trees and vines and overlooked by no other property, this is an idyllic escape.

Villa Sanaan is located on a hill just above the village of Izvorishte, approximately 5 minutes walk to the center of the village. A great place for just unwinding, relaxing, or detoxing with lots of other activities on offer too. Many types of butterflies and birds are frequent visitors in the garden. The breathtaking scenery is a photographer’s dream. There are lots of places to visit within a 30 minutes drive. Bourgas: one of the loveliest cities of Bulgaria, Nessebar: an interesting city with amazing history, Sozopol: ancient ruins and magnificent places to visit. Sports activities include excellent walking and horse riding. Bird watching along Via Pontika bird trail.

Booking deposit: 50 % of the rental amount to secure your reservation (non-refundable)
Balance payment: 2 months before arrival
Breakage deposit (refundable): EUR 100 to be paid in cash on arrival
Payment methods: Bank transfer / PayPal / Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
Change over day: No change over day. Bookings can start on any day from Monday to Sunday
Departure and arrival: Check-in: after 14.00 / Check-out: before 11.00
We are flexible though and this can be changed depending on availability.

Der Ort ist wunderbar abgeschieden mit herrlichem Blick bis zum Schwarzen Meer hin. Besonders das Pool ist erste Sahne. Und die Betreuer des Hauses.
The place is wonderfully secluded with stunning views as far as the Black Sea. The pool in particular is first class. And the managers of the house.

English Loved the location of the villa. At the outskirts of the village, a beautiful view. You can see almost the entire coast of the Gulf of Burgas, Lake Atanasovsko, the airport. We spent most of the time outside. Lovely pool. It is large enough for children to bathe together with adults. There are sun loungers, an outdoor table and an umbrella. To the sea 30 minutes by car. Great charcoal barbecue. At night you can enjoy the stars in the sky. We really enjoyed! Russian Очень понравилось расположение виллы. На окраине села, прекрасный вид. Видно почти все побережье Бургасского залива, Атанасово озеро, аэропорт. Мы проводили на открытом воздухе большую часть времени. Прекрасный бассейн. Он достаточно большой для совместного купания детей со взрослыми. Есть лежаки, уличный стол и зонт. До моря 30 минут на машине. Отличная печь для барбекю. Ночью можно наслаждаться звездным небом. genial super séjour le site montre vraiment la réalité de la location sauf qu’il ne précise qu’elle est sur 2 étages dommage, pas pour moi mais pour certaines personnes qui serraient intérésser mais ne pouvant pas monter les etages sinon accueille impécable ponctuel calme absolue a 30 mn de toutes villes touristiques.
