About Green Life Villas:

Welcome to “Green Life Villas” in Bryastovets, located in Burgas / Sunny Beach area, at the Black sea region in Bulgaria. “Green Life Villas” offer you to spend unforgettable holiday with a private swimming pool in Bulgaria.

“Green Life Villas” are three villas situated in a quiet natural environment with a view of the sunrise. The swimming pool is located in the center of the garden and is fully private for guests sole use. The swimming pool collects ecvery single sun shine over from sun rise to sundown for your perfect pool experience.

Guests can only book the entire premise – up to 12 guests in total in three villas. This is a great place to stay for large groups. Check the prices in the calendar below.

The villas are located just 20km from the town of Burgas and 20 km from Sunny Beach. Each villa has a small garden with lawn and verandas outdoors. Kitchens are fully equipped. There is a parking place outside. In the villas you will find a local tourist guide. During your stay in Bryastovets you can visit a lot of great beaches such as Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Sozopol, traditional villages and many places around.

Villa #1 has an area of 80 sq. m., it consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. It is an independent house with private garden, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and veranda with garden furniture.

Villa #2 has an area of 80 sq. m., it consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. It is an independent house with private garden, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and veranda with garden furniture.

Villa #3 has an area of 70 sq. m., it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. It is an independent house with private garden, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and veranda with garden furniture.

The villa is featuring three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms are very comfortable and equipped with clean towels, linens, pillows, iron, iron board and hair dryer.

The villa is featuring two bedrooms: one double bedroom, and one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed. The bedrooms are very comfortable and equipped with clean towels, linens, pillows, iron, iron board and hair dryer.

In the living room is situated an open-plan kitchen with dining area for six people. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking requirements. There are full cutlery and pottery sets, refrigerator, an electric cooker with ovens and stove, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave .

Villa #3 – equipped kitchen

In the living room is situated an open-plan kitchen with dining area for 5 people. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking requirements. There are full cutlery and pottery sets, refrigerator, an electric cooker with ovens and stove, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave .

The Location:

The villas are situated in the picturesque and quiet village of Bryastovets (Burgas, Bulgaria). The village is close to the sea but far enough from the crowded and busy resorts. The distance to main Bulgarian resorts like Sunny beach, Nessebar, Burgas, and Pomorie is only 15 to 20 min by car. The connection roads to all of the famous places on the Black sea coast are fast and well maintained.

The plot is about 2 000 sq.m. large and is surronded by hedges. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn with beautiful seasoned flowers, trees and shrubs. On the verandas there are a sets of garden table and chairs. There you can drink your morning caffee or tea.

Covered BBQ facility with dining tables and charcoal grill

The covered BBQ facility is for the guests of Green Life Villas. It is of wooden construction with dining tables and charcoal BBQ grill. It is equipped with table, chairs, water & electricity. There you can enjoy your meals together.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is located in the senter of the garden and collect every sun beam over the day. The swimming pool is equipped with a solar cover blanket and you can enjoy its warmer water even in May and September. The pool is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
