Stay at Green Life Villas from 11 to 25 July 2026

Our group consisted of five adults and four children aged 3, 4, 9 and 15, representing three families.

The reservation and payment process went very smoothly, and the host was there to welcome us personally, even though our flight schedule meant that we did not arrive until around midnight. He had thoughtfully provided bread, milk, water and some cold cuts, so we had everything we needed until we could go shopping the following morning.

The villas were perfect for our group. Each family had its own villa, allowing us to spend time together whenever we wished while still having the opportunity to enjoy some privacy.

The villas are exceptionally well equipped, with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. Sharing meals in the barbecue pavilion, which had a table and enough seating for everyone, was a great success.

The swimming pool is large and excellent, providing plenty of space for everyone to swim and have fun together.

The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with inflating pool toys, providing additional shade by the barbecue pavilion, and helping with anything else we needed.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Green Life Villas as a perfect holiday destination with exceptionally good service.

Ophold i Green Life Villas fra 11/7 – 25/7 2026.

5 voksne og 4 børn på henholdsvis 3, 4, 9 og 15 år fordelt på 3 familier.

Reservation og betaling forløbet i positiv stemning og værten mødte os ved huset selvom vi på grund af flytider ankom ved midnatstid. Ved ankomst havde værten sørget for indkøb af brød, mælk, vand og lidt pålæg så vi kunne klare os inden vi kunne handle næste morgen

Husene passer perfekt hvor hver familie fik sit eget hus og kunne være sammen, når det passede, men også havde mulighed for lidt privat tid.

Husene er ualmindeligt godt udrustede med komplet køkkenudstyr og gode og komfortable senge og fællesspisning i den tilhørende grill hytte med bord og stole til alle var et stort hit.

Poolen er stor og god så alle kunne hygge sig med fællesbadning og svømning.

Vært var yderst hjælpsom under hele opholdet, hjalp med oppustning af badedyr, ekstra skygge ved grill hytte og alt vi i øvrigt havde brug for.

Vi kan kun anbefale Green Life Villas som et perfekt feriested med ualmindelig god service.

Friendly host, clean cottages, outdoor kitchen was a great added value for us. Nice big swimming pool. Half an hour from Nessebar, Burgas, Pomerie, ... Aquapark nearby. Nearby village typical Bulgarian eatery BBQ Chuck wagon. Definitely worth staying once in a while

Staying at Green Life Villas was a real pleasure. The villas and pool area felt very cosy and welcoming, with everything in great condition. We especially enjoyed the private BBQ area — perfect for family dinners under the stars. Communication with Iliya was easy and professional. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing holiday and we highly recommend Green Life Villas to families or friends looking for a comfortable base near the coast.

Once we'd left the airport, in the darkness of the early hours, and driven along the Bulgarian 'roads' for 25mins, we arrived at a little track down to a few villas. There waiting for us, with the warm lights of the Green Life Villas, was Iliya! Even though it was very late, Iliya was there to greet us with a smile. He welcomed us and showed us to the 2 villas. We felt right at home straight away! The villas are well equipped for your basic needs and are surrounded by well kept gardens. The private pool is a great addition to the villas, and much appreciated on the hot days in Bryastovets! Iliya is great at communicating and will always try to help or give advice. He has a friendly personality and is keen to make sure your stay is relaxed. Our party consisted of 2 families, with 6 children ranging from 5 to 15yrs. ALL of them loved the villas and the surrounding area... they played and relaxed, instantly feeling comfortable. LOVED this place! Visit recommendation: The Camel Park

Un agréable moment dans cette villa avec piscine et des hôtes au petits oignons ! Nous avons pu profiter du lieu avec en prime, un gâteau maison offert et quelques tomates du jardin. Merci à Iliya et sa femme qui ont contribué à ce que nous passions un super moment.

Ons verblijf is zeer goed meegevallen bij jullie in Bryastovets. De 2 vakantiehuisjes waren goed ingericht en alles was aanwezig. Er waren handdoeken en lakens aanwezig. Onze kinderen hebben zich geweldig geamuseerd in het zwembad. En de aparte zitplaats met BBQ was een voltreffer. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn heel behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Bryastovets is heel rustig maar toch de perfecte uitvalbasis om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Nesebar, Pomorie, Boergas zijn op een 20-tal min. Voor ons een perfecte locatie en we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Our stay was very good with you in Bryastovets. The 2 cottages were well furnished and everything was there. Towels and sheets were provided. Our children had a great time in the pool. And the separate seating area with BBQ was a hit. The owner and his wife are very helpful and very friendly. Bryastovets is quiet but still the perfect base to visit all the sights. Nesebar, Pomorie, and Burgas are about 20 minutes away. A perfect location for us and we will definitely come back.

It was a pleasure staying in July in Bryastovets, Burgas, Bulgaria. Our hosts, Iliya and his wife, greeted us nicely and they took care we had everything we needed during our stay. Green Life Villas, is composed of 2 independent villas, with an accommodation capacity of 11 people, with private pool, summer kitchen/barbeque area, in a hilly area, at about 500 meters above sea level. An excellent quality/price ratio, a quiet area, at about 20 km / 25 min away from the beach - No matter is we are talking about Burgas, Nassebar, or Pomorie beach. We preferred the Burgas Beach, mostly because we found a lot of supermarkets in the area - Lidl, Kaufland, Billa... The only thing I would recommend as an improvement, is a fridge in the kitchen/barbeque area. I highly recommend this place to all people who appreciates peace and clean air, and avoid crowded areas and resort background noise. See you next year!

A fost o deosebita placere sa fim cazati in Iulie in orasul Bryastovets din Burgas, Bulgaria. Gazdele noastre, Iliya si sotia sa, ne-au intampinat cu drag si au avut grija sa avem toate cele necesare pe durata sederii noastre. Green Life Villas, este compus din doua vile, cu o capacitate de gazduire de 11 persoane, cu piscina privata, foisor/bucatarie de vara cu gratar, intr-o zona de deal, la aproximativ 500 de metri deasupra nivelului marii. Un raport calitate/pret excelent, o zona linistita, la aproximativ 20 km /25 min de plaja - Indiferent ca este vorba despre plaja din Burgas, Nassebar sau Pomorie. Noi am preferat plaja din Burgas, in mare parte pentru ca sunt si nenumarate supermarketuri in zona - Lidl, Kaufland, Billa... Singurul lucru pe care l-as recomanda ca si imbunatatire, ar fi un frigider in foisor/zona de gratar. Recomand cu drag acest loc tuturor celor care apreciaza linistea si aerul curat, si se feresc de zonele aglomerate si zgomotul statiunilor. Pe anul viitor!

W roku 2020 cztery tygodnie spędziliśmy w Villa Rosa w Brjastovec. Urzekło nas przepiękne położenie willi w cichym, zadbanym ogrodzie sprzyjającym relaksowi. Plusem wszechobecnej zieleni była duża ilość ptaków, które uprzyjemniały nam pobyt swoim śpiewem. W ogrodzie usytuowany jest duży basen (12*6 metrów) z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Villa Rosa jest dobrze wyposażona i przystosowana zarówno do krótszego jak i dłuższego pobytu. W odległości 22 km, w Burgas znaleźć można dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy Lidl, Kaufland i Metro. Polecamy wizytę na plaży Irakli oraz w okolicznych winnicach. W Sozopolu, Nesebyrze i Burgas zachęcamy do spaceru i odwiedzenia licznych i dobrych restauracji z owocami morza. Bardzo istotne było dla nas to, że gospodarz i jego żona (Ilia i Dochka) są osobami bardzo kontaktowymi i pomocnymi.

In 2020, we spent four weeks at Villa Rosa in Brjastovec. We were captivated by the beautiful location of the villa in a quiet, well-maintained garden in which we could relax. The advantage of the property is the greenery which attracts a lot of tweeting birds. There is a large swimming pool (12 * 6 meters) with crystal clear water in the garden. Villa Rosa is well equipped and suitable for both shorter and longer stays. At a distance of 22 km, there is Burgas which has well-stocked shops like Lidl, Kaufland and Metro. We recommend a visit to the beach of Irakli and the surrounding vineyards. In Sozopol, Nessebar and Burgas, we suggest to take a stroll and visit one of numerous and excellent seafood restaurants. It was very important for us that the host and his wife (Ilia and Dochka) are very communicative and helpful people.
We strongly recommend staying in Villa Rosa.

Very faithful to internet photos. Ideal for resting. All the premises are carefully maintained. This site makes you feel at home very quickly. The owners are very attentive and reactive. Iliya and his wife are remarkably hospitable and professional. The price of tranquility forces us to move away from certain amenities (supermarkets are about 20 minutes away by car). A small mini-market in the village anyway. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

Très fidèle aux photos internet. Idéal pour le repos. L’ensemble des lieux est entretenu avec soin. On se sent très vite chez soi dans ce site. Les propriétaires sont super attentifs et réactifs. Ilya et sa femme sont d’une hospitalité remarquable et professionnelle. Le prix de la tranquillité oblige à s’éloigner de certaines commodités (les supermarchés sont à une 20ene de minutes en voiture). Petite supérette dans le village quand même . Idéal pour passer un séjour de repos

What a fabulous 10 day holiday at Green Life we had, the hosts were friendly and helpful, the villa was excellent as was the pool, location, and atmosphere. The kids loved it and we were all sad to leave, would recommend this to families or couples, very peaceful but not far from the coast and towns. A walk up to the local bar for a few beers is recommended as was the beach at Bourgas and don’t forget the visit the salt lake and mud bath 🙂

Witam Chciałbym podziękować za miłą atmosferę i wspaniałe warunki mieszkaniowe w Braystorwets Byliśmy tam w 3 rodziny, każda miała swój domek i teren wokoło do dyspozycji. Wszystkie domki są zadbane , urządzenia sprawne. Basen także w stanie idealnym. Miejsce z grillem przystosowane do samodzielnego robienia posiłków i zapewniające odpowiedni nastrój wieczorem. Sama miejscowość jest bardzo kameralna – ale stanowi dobrą bazę do wypadów Do SB, Nessebaru czy Sozopola, Burgas. Gospodarz jest osobą miłą z poczuciem humoru i udzieli pomocy jeśli cokolwiek będzie potrzebne. Jednocześnie w obiekcie zapewniona jest gościom prywatność.

We had the chance to be the only guests at our stay in this wonderful complex and the pool was private for us only 🙂 The breakfast and dinner on the veranda together with the great view were very relaxing. The location is not far away from Sunny Beach. The local shop has all the small things and it is worth visiting even only to see the hospitality of the Bulgarians. On a day trip to Strandja Nature Park, we could see another beautiful side of Bulgaria. The cities of Bourgas and Nessebar are more busy places if you like. We enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts Iliya and his wife and we will remember you both. For me, this is a perfect place to meet a part of Bulgaria and the local people.

Wir hatten das große Glück allein in der Anlage Green Life zu sein. Somit gehörte die gepflegte Anlage und der tolle Pool uns 🙂 Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terasse genießen mit Blick in die Weite war Erholung pur. Bis zum schönen Sonnenstrand war es nicht weit. Und für benötigte Kleinigkeiten war der Shop im Dorf einen Besuch wert; zumal sich die Freundlichkeit der Bulgaren auch hier wieder zeitgte. Ein Tagesausflug in den Stranza Naturpark zeigt eine weitere, schöne Seite Bulgariens. Für quirliges Leben sorgen dann die Städte Nessebar und Burgas. Aber vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Offenheit von Iliya und seiner Frau sind etwas, dass ich gerne als Erinnerung mit nach Haus genommen habe. Für mich ein perfekter Ort, um einen Teil Bulgariens und seiner Menschen kennen zu lernen.

We are just back from a lovely relaxing week at Green Life. From the minute we got settled into the villa we knew we were in for a great week no matter what. Our 2 girls ( 10yrs + 7 yrs) made the very most of the pool, which mostly they had all to themselves, if we had done nothing else for the week they’d still have been thrilled with their holiday. We found the Villa to be very spacious and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday, we loved that we were only a short trip away from the main beach and city which meant lovely evenings sitting out with a glass of wine listening to only to nature! We found Burgas to be a lovely city for shopping and eating out. The value for money in Bulgaria is something else! We plan to go back sometime again for sure.

We spent one week in Bryastovets in Villa Rosa and we are pleased with the villa. The gardens are beautiful, very well maintained, our children loved the swimming pool. There is a very nice barbeque where you can spend the evening. The villa is spacious, clean, and as described. There are nice restaurants around Bryastovets and the city of Bourgas is not far away by car. Our family had a relaxing holiday and we recommend the facility especially to families with children.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine Woche in einer Villa in Bryastovets verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist eine wunderhübsche Anlage, mit sehr gepflegten Grünanlagen und mit einem Pool, den unsere Kinder geliebt haben. Es gibt auch einen hübschen Bereich zum Grillen, der dazu einlädt, dort seine Abende zu verbringen. Die Villa selber war großzügig, sauber und so wie beschrieben. In der Nähe von Bryastovets gibt es nette Restaurants und auch Burgas ist mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit dort und können, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern, den Aufenthalt dort empfehlen!

We spent this year’s vacation (from 18/06/2013 thru 02/07/2013) Villa Dream. With ‘we’ I mean 2 adults and 3 children (13 y.o., 7y.o. and the youngest child – 11 months). It wasn’t difficult to decide where to go since we heard many positive feedbacks about this place from our friends who stayed here last year. Easy to book and easy to play along with good cooperation and support from the owners during the trip preparation phase – the first positive impression we got. Flight from Kyiv to Burgas took only 1.5 hours. We rented a car right at the airport and after 20 minutes arrived at Bryastovets and immediately dived into the atmosphere of silence, comfort, and relaxation. The villas looked and felt even better than I expected to see. Villas area is tidy, beautifully designed, and well equipped (grill, barbeque, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.) Villa inside was quite well furnished and decorated, had everything for the comfortable staying and completely satisfied all our needs. Honestly – there was nothing to complain about (well, besides probably missing microwave oven)  We enjoyed the freedom of choice that we had: whether to stay away from a crowd and noise or to join the society for some period and then escape from it back to a comfortable and silent ‘vacation home’. That was the kind of vacation we looked for and enjoyed much. A special thanks to the owners who made our stay such pleasant: rakia, wine, ‘cloud’ cocktail, Bulgarian cuisine, friendly advice about where to go and what to do, and for the atmosphere they built and maintained there. Отдыхали с семьей (2 взрослых и 3-е детей) в Брястовце на Villa Dream вилле со средины июня по начало июля. Место порекомендовали наши друзья которые отдыхали там с детьми год назад. Услышали много позитивных отзывов, поэтому долго не думали куда ехать. Еще, Болгарию выбрали потому, что относительно недалеко от Украины и климат не сильно отличается от нашего, что немаловажно для отдыха с грудным ребенком на руках. Перелет из Киева(1,5 часа), регистрация, аренда машины и вот мы уже в Брястовце на вилле. Первые впечатления – Красиво! Тихо! Уютно! Собственно, с такими эмоциями и провели все 2-е недели. Дети пол дня плескались в бассейне, потом, когда спадала жара, ездили на море в разные места – Созополь, Несебр, Поморье, Бургас, Солнечный берег… вечером возвращались домой и проводили остаток дня в уже упомянутой атмосфере уюта и тишины. Хозяева очень приветливые и гостеприимные люди! Причем не наигранно а от души. Говоря шаблонно – вкладывают душу в то, что делают. Очень рады были познакомиться с такими позитивными людьми. О виллах – территория всегда убрана, трава и кусты пострижены, бассейн чист. Внутри вся необходимая для комфортного пребывания мебель и техника. Всего было абсолютно достаточно даже для семьи из 5 человек. Готовили сами и практически каждый день. 14 дней пролетели очень быстро и уезжать абсолютно не хотелось, ведь после сказки начинались рабочие будни. Резюмируя, могу сказать что это прекрасное место для семейного отдыха вдали от шумного города и в то же время близко к морю и цивилизации. C уважением, Семья Загородних,
