Comfortable studio apartment, 30 square meters with balcony in central location, recently renovated. The best location in Burgas – in the heart of Burgas, only 3 minutes walk to Central bus and rail station. Walking distance to the beach. Lots of local cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping, casino, etc.

Modern and tastefully decorated studio apartment. Located on the first floor (stairs only), space is composed of a big living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, HD TV, air conditioner, sofa bed, drawer, bathroom with shower. There is no cooker and no washing machine.


The studio is on the 1st floor.


The area enjoys a variety of bakeries, cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping, casino, etc. Mini market and supermarkets few minutes walk.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels provided.


You will not need a car or public transport to visit the best parts of the city. As it’s really only 300 meters from the central bus and rail station all the major bus lines stop there.

House rules

There are two important rules to follow. The very first one is the noise – please mind the neighbor’s rest.
The second one, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a balcony where you can smoke.

  • Change over day is flexible

Booking deposit: 50 % of the rental amount to secure your reservation (non-refundable)
Balance payment: Balance is paid on arrival
Payment methods: Bank transfer or Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
Change over day: No change over day. Bookings can start on any day from Monday to Sunday
Departure and arrival: Check-in: after 14.00 / Check-out: before 11.00
We are flexible though and this can be changed depending on availability.

We provide transfer service from Burgas Airport (BOJ) to the Studio. The transfer can be booked separately and paid on arrival.

Този апартамент беше страхотно допълнение към чудесното време, прекарано в Бургас. Благодарение на местоположението, чистотата и отзивчивостта на домакините, почивката е прекрасно изживяване. Много добре организирано помещение, изключително чисто и притежаващо всичко, което е обещано и необходимо за удобството на посетителите. Близо до всички интересни, вкусни и значими за посещение места. И морето е под носа. Искам отново да се настаня в този апартамент при следващото ми посещение в града.

This apartment was a great addition to the great time spent in Burgas. Thanks to the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the hosts, rest is a wonderful experience. Very well organized space, extremely clean and possessing all that was promised and needed for the convenience of visitors. Close to all interesting, delicious and significant places to visit. And the sea is under the nose. I would like to check into this apartment again on my next visit to the city.

Страхотна локация, особено ако идвате с много багаж от гарата, но и на самия център за разходки. Много чисто. Има всякакви удобства (сешоар, ютия, микровълнова и др.). Добро посрещане и съвети.

Great location, especially if you come with a lot of luggage from the station, but also at the center for walks. Very clean. There are all amenities (hairdryer, iron, microwave, etc.). A warm welcome and good advice by the owner.

Отличное расположение рядом с пересечением главных прогулочных улиц, очень удобно добираться из аэропорта или ЖД вокзала. До пляжа 10 минут. В соседнем подъезде отличная пекарня. Удобная студия с балконом, всё необходимое есть в номере, кондиционер отлично спасает от жары. На кухне есть микроволновка, чайник, тостер и гриль. Чудесный хозяин, пошёл навстречу по поводу позднего заезда и очень раннего отъезда, оперативно отвечал на любые вопросы. Спасибо!
Great location near the intersection of the main walking streets, very convenient to get from the airport or railway station. To the beach 10 minutes. There is an excellent bakery in the next entrance. A comfortable studio with a balcony, everything you need is in the room, air conditioning perfectly saves you from the heat. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster and grill. Wonderful owner, went to meet about the late arrival and very early departure, promptly answered any questions. Thank you!

The apartment is next to the main street and the central beach of Bourgas. It is cosy with all you need for a good stay. There is a bakery next to the entrance of the building. Iliya gave us parasol to use it on the beach. We had a very good time at Bourgas.

You will receive more than expected! The place is at a quite building so good sleep; it’s sparkling clean; very sunny but it doesn’t get too hot inside; walking distance from the beach; host is available at any time if you have questions or need assistance. Отличное расположение. В 1 минуте до основных прогулочных улиц, в 5 минутах до Южного автовокзала, с которого можно доехать до Солнечного берега, Старого Несебра, Созополя и других курортных городов. 12-15 минут до пляжа. Апартамент аккуратный. Чистота идеальная. Илия и его сын Георгий - приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Спасибо!

We had the best experience at Iliya’s place, far beyond any other Airbnb apartments. The first impression was WOW !! It’s located in the heart of the centrum of Burgas, walking distance to anything... no rented car is required for this kind of vacation. The place inside was spotless. Everything was clean and fresh. There is a nice Casino next door to the apartment. Georgi, Iliya’s son, was always helpful and available for us. He gave us a city map and gave us all the tips on order for us to feel like locals. We really had nice time there and we will definitely come back. P.s. We took an Off season vacation that turned to be one of the best vacation not only because of the apartment but also the hospitality in general, the good food and coffee’s all around, the shops and atmosphere, the sea view and all that for such low costs. This destination is highly recommended.

Central Studio 3 is a very nice apartment in the center of Burgas. The main bus stop is a short walk and can take you to most places close by. Iliya and his sons are very quick to respond and are always prepared to help. Very nice Airbnb experience would definitely recommend the place for a couple or some close friends.

Apartment is the same as described on the site. Very close to the main prom and shops. Quiet and lovely place, you can really relax and have a great time there. We loved your place. We had a great time in Burgas. That was one of our best decisions for a holiday trip. We already miss the beach an the atmosphere of the city. Thank you very much for hosting us! The apartment is 100% same as shown on the photos. Everything is very clean and bright. We spent a week there with pleasure. The owner and his son are very friendly and I’m sure they will help to solve a problem if any. The location of the apartment is excellent – close to the main pedestrian streets and three minutes from the bus and railway stations. I recommend this accommodation!

Квартира на 100% соответствует фотографиям. Всё очень чистое и светлое. С удовольствием провели там неделю. Хозяин и его сын очень дружелюбные и я уверен, что помогли бы решить любую проблему, если бы она возникла. Расположение квартиры отличное – рядом с основными пешеходными улицами и в трёх минутах от авто и жд вокзалов. Рекомендую данное жильё.

We stayed at Studio 3 for 2 weeks and we loved it! The property is just in the centre and everything we needed was few minutes away (including the beach). The host was really helpful and always easy to reach. I’d recommend highly!
