Този апартамент беше страхотно допълнение към чудесното време, прекарано в Бургас. Благодарение на местоположението, чистотата и отзивчивостта на домакините, почивката е прекрасно изживяване. This apartment was a great addition to the great time spent in Burgas. Thanks to the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the hosts, rest is a wonderful experience. Very well organized space, extremely clean and possessing all that was promised and needed for the convenience of visitors. Close to all interesting, delicious and significant places to visit. And the sea is under the nose. I would like to check into this apartment again on my next visit to the city.

Great location, especially if you come with a lot of luggage from the station, but also at the center for walks. Very clean. There are all amenities (hairdryer, iron, microwave, etc.). A warm welcome and good advice by the owner.

Отличное расположение рядом с пересечением главных прогулочных улиц, очень удобно добираться из аэропорта или ЖД вокзала. До пляжа 10 минут. В соседнем подъезде отличная пекарня. Удобная студия с балконом, всё необходимое есть в номере, кондиционер отлично спасает от жары. На кухне есть микроволновка, чайник, тостер и гриль. Чудесный хозяин, пошёл навстречу по поводу позднего заезда и очень раннего отъезда, оперативно отвечал на любые вопросы. Спасибо!
Great location near the intersection of the main walking streets, very convenient to get from the airport or railway station. To the beach 10 minutes. There is an excellent bakery in the next entrance. A comfortable studio with a balcony, everything you need is in the room, air conditioning perfectly saves you from the heat. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster and grill. Wonderful owner, went to meet about the late arrival and very early departure, promptly answered any questions. Thank you!

The apartment is next to the main street and the central beach of Bourgas. It is cosy with all you need for a good stay. There is a bakery next to the entrance of the building. Iliya gave us parasol to use it on the beach. We had a very good time at Bourgas.

You will receive more than expected! The place is at a quite building so good sleep; it’s sparkling clean; very sunny but it doesn’t get too hot inside; walking distance from the beach; host is available at any time if you have questions or need assistance. It has everything you may have forgotten for your stay in the beautiful city of Burgas.

Отличное расположение. В 1 минуте до основных прогулочных улиц, в 5 минутах до Южного автовокзала, с которого можно доехать до Солнечного берега, Старого Несебра, Созополя и других курортных городов. 12-15 минут до пляжа. Апартамент аккуратный. Чистота идеальная. Илия и его сын Георгий - приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Спасибо!

We had the best experience at Iliya’s place, far beyond any other Airbnb apartments. The first impression was WOW !! It’s located in the heart of the centrum of Burgas, walking distance to anything... no rented car is required for this kind of vacation. The place inside was spotless. Everything was clean and fresh. There is a nice Casino next door to the apartment. Georgi, Iliya’s son, was always helpful and available for us. He gave us a city map and gave us all the tips on order for us to feel like locals. We really had nice time there and we will definitely come back. P.s. We took an Off season vacation that turned to be one of the best vacation not only because of the apartment but also the hospitality in general, the good food and coffee’s all around, the shops and atmosphere, the sea view and all that for such low costs. This destination is highly recommended.

Central Studio 3 is a very nice apartment in the center of Burgas. The main bus stop is a short walk and can take you to most places close by. Iliya and his sons are very quick to respond and are always prepared to help. Very nice Airbnb experience would definitely recommend the place for a couple or some close friends.

Apartment is the same as described on the site. Very close to the main prom and shops. Quiet and lovely place, you can really relax and have a great time there. We loved your place. We had a great time in Burgas. That was one of our best decisions for a holiday trip. We already miss the beach an the atmosphere of the city. Thank you very much for hosting us! Vi har boet en uge i Illiyas lejlighed og er særdeles tilfredse. Beliggende er helt perfekt med kort gåafstand til busstation (lufthavnsbus), bymidte og strand. Vi giver vores bedste anbefaling.
