This year in August, we spent two weeks at the Royal Villa. This was our first holiday in Bulgaria and not really know what to expect. After a fairly grueling two-day trip we got to Bryastovets. The hosts were in place, since they live across the street. All times are available for guests but do not impose the their presence. Appearance of the house, garden and swimming pool as shown in the description and the pictures. Every morning the garden was cleaned, watered but so as not to disturb the sleeping campers yet. Location very quiet. In the evenings, the only sound was our children that raged in the pool. Commute into the sea very quickly, but for us, the sand is overrated. The sea is very warm, the bottom is flat and sandy. Fortunately, the Villa Royal has a swimming pool, and as we did not want to go to the sea and rested at the pool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in case of problems. We experienced this personally when we had to drive our daughter to Burgas to the hospital. We had our doubs because there is no air conditioning in the cottage. We were afraid that it will be hot. It turned out that despite the hot weather over 35 degrees in the cottage was nice both by day and night. We spend wonderful two weeks at the Royal Villas and recommend it to all who are looking for peace and quiet place. Jacek Korus

Polish W tym roku w sierpniu spędziliśmy dwa tygodnie w Royal Villa. Były to nasze pierwsze wakacje w Bułgarii i nie bardzo wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać. Po dość męczącej dwudniowej podróży dotarliśmy do Bryastovets . Gospodarze byli na miejscu , gdyż mieszkają po drugiej stronie ulicy. Cały czas są dla gości dostępni ale nie narzucają się swoją obecnością . Wygląd domu , ogrodu i basenu tak jak przedstawiono w opisie i na zdjęciach. Codziennie rano ogród był sprzątany , podlewany ale tak aby nie przeszkadzać śpiącym jeszcze wczasowiczom. Okolica bardzo cicha . Wieczorami słychać było tylko nasze dzieci , które szalały w basenie. Do morza dojeżdżało się bardzo szybko, ale dla nas piasek jest przereklamowany. Morze bardzo ciepłe, dno równe i piaszczyste. Całe szczęście, że Villa Royal posiada basen i jak nam się nie chciało jechać nad morze to wspaniale wypoczywało się nad basenem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni w razie problemów. Doświadczyliśmy tego osobiście gdy musieliśmy jechać z córką do Burgas do szpitala. Wybierając te domki mieliśmy wątpliwości ponieważ nie ma tam klimatyzacji. Baliśmy się , że będzie gorąco. Okazało się , że pomimo upałów ponad 35 stopniowych w domku było przyjemnie tak w dzień jak i w nocy. W Royal Villas spędziliśmy cudowne dwa tygodnie i z czystym sumieniem polecamy tym wszystkim którzy szukają ciszy i spokoju.

When in January we planned our summer holiday in Bulgaria we did not expect that it will be one of the most interesting holidays we ever had. We found the Royal Villas by chance on the internet. The villas are located in the small village of Bryastovets away slightly from the coast. At first we had our doubts, because it is not on the sea, but when got there and saw the conditions we found that we could not have asked for better. The villas are situated in a very scenic area, there are rolling hills, you can see the Black Sea coast, and when you go for a walk you can be lucky to find a donkey, or a turtle walking on the grass. It is near Burgas, Pomorie, Nessebar and many other interesting places and beaches. When you have a car, you can go every day to another beach, it is near 10-15 min and that’s what we did. The villas look great on the pictures, except that, in reality they are even better! The villa is fully equipped, everything is new, neat and ready for use, the rooms are large, there is internet and satellite tv. The garden is beautiful and well-kept, full of colorful shrubs and flowers, beautiful swimming pool, BBQ grills, and at the same quiet, calm and lack of crowds. A separate paragraph should be the home team, they are great people who put a lot of heart to this place look the way it does. The hosts are happy to help and advice, you can contact them with any problem, really happy to help. They speak several languages, including Russian and English so you can easily get along. Advice to all of you is to book directly through this site, because of intermediaries is more expensive. Me and my family are very happy with the holiday in Bulgaria will definitely be visiting Bulgaria next year again, with a bigger company and for longer. Regards Tomasz Nowak

Gdy w styczniu planowaliśmy tegoroczne wakacje i padło na Bułgarię, nie spodziewaliśmy się że będą to jedne z ciekawszych wakacji jakie odbyliśmy. Wille państwa Nikolov, znaleźliśmy przypadkiem w internecie. Znajduję się one w małej miejscowości Bryastovets oddalonej nieco od wybrzeża. Na początku wzbudzało to nasze wątpliwości, bo nie jest to nad samym morzem, jednak gdy tam zajechaliśmy i zobaczyliśmy warunki okazało się że nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej. Wille położone są w bardzo malowniczej okolicy, znajdują się tam pagórki, widać wybrzeże morza Czarnego, a gdy się pójdzie na spacer można, przy odrobinie szczęścia spotkać osiołka, bądź żółwia spacerującego po trawie. Niedaleko stąd do Burgas, Pomorie, wspaniałego Nesebaru i wielu innych ciekawych miejsc i plaż. Gdy ma się samochód, można codziennie wybrać się na inna plażę, zajmuje to koło 10-15 min i my tak właśnie robiliśmy. Co do warunków wszystko wygląda jak na zdjęciach, z tym że w rzeczywistości całość prezentuję się jeszcze lepiej! Jest pełne wyposażenie, wszystko jest nowe, zadbane i gotowe do użytkowania, pokoje są duże, jest internet i kablówka. Przy domkach jest piękny zadbany ogór, pełno kolorowych krzewów i kwiatów, wspaniały basen, miejsce do grilla, a przy tym cisza, spokój i brak tłoku. Oddzielny akapit należy się gospodarzom, są to wspaniali ludzie, którzy wkładają dużo serca żeby to miejsce wyglądało tak jak wygląda. Państwo Nikolov są bardzo kontaktowi, chętnie służą pomocą i radą, można się do nich zwrócić z każdym problemem, naprawdę chętnie pomogą. Rozmawiają w kilku językach, w tym po rosyjsku i angielsku więc bez problemu można się dogadać. Rada dla wszystkich proszę się dogadywać z państwem Nikolov bezpośrednio przez tą stronę, bo u pośredników jest drożej. Ja wraz z moją rodziną jest bardzo zadowolony z urlopu w Bułgarii na pewno odwiedzimy Bułgarię za rok, tylko w większym składzie i na dłużej. Pozdrawiam

We stayed at Royal Villas two wonderful weeks in the second half of August, 2012. All twelve members of the family (children, parents and grandparents) were unanimous that we will choose Bryastovets again. We rented the villas directly through http://www.bulgariavilla.com – it was a lot cheaper. The villas are very functional, clean and fully equipped (from cutlery and plates, iron, hair dryer and cable TV). There is no air conditioning, but it was not necessary – the thick shade on the terrace and pool were enough. The well maintained environment – lawn, flowers, herbs, fruit trees (at the corner of the pool grow almonds) adds charm to the place. All the information on the website is absolutely true – though it cannot show all the positives of the place. The location of the village from my point of view is optimal. It lies far enough from the coastal resorts so you do not hear their noises, but is close enough to reach the beach in Burgas in 15-20 minutes. Very important condition for a successful holiday is to have a car. The village itself does not offer many attractions – a shop and two pubs. If you need to do more serious shopping you should go to the town of Kableshkovo or to Burgas. At the end, a big “Chapeau bas” to the owners of the villas for the creation of this place, for your kindness, for your professionalism and the opportunity to communicate in English, German and Russian, your openness and willingness to help in any situation. Separate hugs are for the idea to hang our national flag in front of the rented homes. I would warmly recommend Royal Villas as a great place for a family vacation.

Spędziliśmy w Royall Villas wspaniałe dwa tygodnie w drugiej połowie sierpnia 2012 r. Jako dowód niech wystarczy to, że cała nasza dwunastoosobowa ekspedycja (dzieci, rodzice i dziadkowie) jednogłośnie orzekła, że do Bryastowca wybierzemy się jeszcze raz. Wille wynajęliśmy bezpośrednio przez http://www.bulgariavilla.com – wyszło sporo taniej. Słowa uznania przy tym dla profesjonalizmu obsługi i możliwości porozumienia się po angielsku, niemiecku i rosyjsku. Wille są bardzo funkcjonalne, czyste i w pełni wyposażone (od sztućców i talerzy, po żelazko, suszarkę do włosów i telewizję kablową). Klimatyzacji nie ma, ale nie była potrzebna mimo upałów powyżej 35 stopni – w zupełności wystarczał cień na tarasie i basen. Uroku miejscu dodaje dobrze utrzymane otoczenie – trawnik, kwiaty, zioła, drzewa owocowe (w rogu przy basenie rośnie migdałowiec). Wszystkie informacje podane w tym względzie na stronie internetowej są absolutnie prawdziwe – chociaż nie oddają wszystkich pozytywów tego miejsca. Położenie miejscowości z mojego punktu widzenia optymalne. Wystarczająco daleko od nadmorskich kurortów, aby nie słyszeć ich zgiełku, ale jednocześnie na tyle blisko, aby w 15-20 minut dotrzeć na plażę w Burgas. Warunkiem udanego wypoczynku jest posiadanie samochodu. Sama wieś nie oferuje bowiem wielu atrakcji (sklep i dwa puby), a i poważniejsze zakupy trzeba robić w sąsiednim Kableszkowie lub w Burgas. Na zakończenie wielkie chapeau bas dla właścicieli willi za stworzenie tego miejsca, za życzliwość, rzeczowy kontakt, pogodę ducha, otwartość i gotowość udzielenia pomocy w każdej sytuacji. A osobne uściski należą się za pomysł wieszania flag narodowych na wynajętych domach. Z przyjemnością polecam Royall Villas jako doskonałe miejsce na rodzinne wakacje. We returned as a family for the third summer in Bryastovets. We were not disappointed! The peace and quiet of the village, the cooling breeze in the hills, the first-class villa and spotless pool all added up to make a superb holiday. The friendly hospitality from our hosts and the chance to learn a little Bulgarian cooking added to our time in this little diamond of a village near to the Black Sea!

We were met at Bourgas airport by the owners who picked us up to guide the house. The photos on the site are identical to reality. The village is composed of three cafes, a grocery store where you can find products of first necessity, ham, eggs, bread, milk, cola, beers, laundry powder, yoghurt etc … Leaving the grocery store on your left are two vendors present fruit and vegetables very nice. We advise you if you arrive late (after 20 hours) to take the welcome pack option (we forgot to order it) Bourgas is a growing city, consisting of 2 large shopping center, apart from these two malls are 3 or 4 LIDL stores. The main street of Bourgas is a veritable gold mine for eating, drinking, shopping, going out etc. …… We keep wonderful memories of this holiday in Bulgaria. Merci

Nous avons été trés bien accueilli dés notre arrivée à l’aéroport de BURGAS, le Fils des propriétaires est venu nous chercher pour nous guider jusqu’a la maison. Les Photos qui sont présentées sur le sites sont identiques à la réalité. Le village est composé de 3 cafés, d’une épicerie ou vous pourrez trouver des produits de premiéres nécéssités, jambon, oeufs, pain, lait coca, biéres, lessive yahourts etc… En sortant de cette épicerie sur votre gauche sont présents deux vendeurs de fruits et légumes trés sympa. Nous vous conseillons si votre arrivée est tardive (aprés 20 heures) de prendre l’option panier garni, votre frigo sera plein (nous avons oublié de la prendre) Burgas est une ville en pleine expansion, constituée de 2 grands centres commerciaux (carrefour, avec les magasins que nous trouvons en france) Hormis ces 2 centres commerciaux vous trouverez 3 ou 4 magasins LIDL. La rue principale de burgas est une veritable mine d’or pour manger boire, faire des achats, sortir etc…… Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenirs de ces vacances BULGARES. MERCI

We would recommend this place to people who want to break away from the tourist hustle and bustle, especially families with children. Very nice, friendly and helpful hosts. Great conditions, plenty of space and discreet service. Near to the sea and the big city. We are very happy to stay here, we recommend Bulgaria and especially the place. Will definitely come back. This is one of our favorite vacation destination! We stayed in Royal Villa in 2010 and then again in 2012 and will definetly be back! The villa is a great accomodation for a big family as it has separate rooms, kitchen, nice living room, outside barbeque area, beautiful garden, and super clean pool. Ideal for those who likes luxury vacation, looking to relax in quite area and stay away from busy touristics places, and likes a quality vacation. You will be looked after by a wonderful and very hospitably owners and they are extremely nice! Highly recommended!

We spent wonderful month in the Royal villa. The place is absolutely amazing – a lot of flowers, cool swimming pool, relax area and barbecue are awesome! The sea is not so far, and the weather in the villa so cool and not so hot in day time! Thanks to Dotchka and Iliya for organizing all so well! I highly recommend to go there, especially with small kids as we did.
