Highly recommend. Royal Villas was perfect for our needs. Travelling as 2 families the two Villas in shared private ground with a private pool was perfect. Iliya was a great host, helpful, proactive and responsive, whilst respecting our privacy. The Villas are as described and well appointed. The location is rural, couple of shops in the village which were well stocked. I would recommend a car for stay here ( which we had). The location is perfect for visiting places such as Burgas, Sunny Beach, Nesebar (all approx 30 mins). Sozopol is about an hour and also lovely. Thank you for a great holiday. :)

We visited Royal Villas from Romania and absolutely loved our stay! The villa was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The private pool and garden were a highlight — quiet, relaxing and ideal for spending the afternoons together. This was a fantastic holiday, in a beautiful and quiet complex of two villas which easily accommodated our party of nine. Ilya was super helpful and quick to respond to our questions, and suggested a fantastic day trip to a nearby archaeological site which was the highlight of my trip as a museum professional. The village is small and quiet, but there is a shop just 10 mins walk which supplied the basics. I’d recommend hiring a car to go further afield for shops and excursions. It takes just 20 mins to drive to Sunny Beach or Nessebar. We stayed in most evenings and used the amazing outside BBQ dining area. Would 100% recommend for families wanting a peaceful place that isn’t too far from the towns.

My family decided to spend our summer vacation in Bulgaria, so we booked a stay at Royal Villas. We invited my brother's family too. Before checking in, we had some doubts about whether we made the right choice. However, all our concerns vanished the moment we entered the yard. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos on the website and described in the advertisement. The villas are equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. The BBQ area was where we spent pleasant evenings, and the pool was the "icing on the cake." We highly recommend Royal Villas to anyone looking for a place to vacation with a pool in Bulgaria.

We recently stayed at Royal Villas and it was a memorable experience! The villa was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing under the sun. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and the lush gardens, which made for perfect evening gatherings. This was our second stay here in Bryastovets. We first stayed in Villa Knox some few years ago and now we chose Royal Villas because of we were a larger group. We really love Bryastovets and will return for sure.

This was the first time my friends and I decided to stay at a private villa and choosing Royal Villas was the best choice we ever made! Already before even booking he was incredibly quick to respond and clarify all inquiries. Our check-in and check-out were smooth as well and we truly felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. The location of Royal Villas was also great, taking in mind that we were there by car and could explore a variety of beaches along the Black Sea coast. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Villas and Iliya as a host to anyone that wants a unique experience and a welcoming environment!

The photos of the houses are in conformity with what is proposed on the site and the cleanliness is irreproachable. Iliya is very available and answers all your requests, especially because he lives right next to the villas. Iliya provides two wonderfully clean and equipped villas which are amazing value for money. It comes with well kept grounds, BBQ area and pool. Our only advice would be renting a car as the villa is not so accessible to surrounding towns (Sunny beach and Bourgas). Iliya and his wife were amazing hosts and the villas are stunning!

Exceeded expectations

Myself and friends stayed here in July for a week and quite frankly this wasn’t long enough. The villa itself is actually even better than the pictures, it’s very spacious and clean and equipped with its anything you need for your holiday. The pool is lovely, a decent size and is kept clean with daily checks. I never found any insects inside the villas which were clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of our time in Sunny beach which is 20-30 minutes away, Iliya gave us a taxi number who was there whenever we needed him and worked through the night. Iliya and his family are very helpful and were there whenever we needed them. They dropped in a couple of times to check everything was okay and that we didn’t need anything else but didn’t bother us at all. I would 100% recommend these villas, as a young group who wanted to relax by the pool and also go out in sunny beach it was perfect and the food/drinks are so cheap that it didn’t bother us paying for taxis. I would definitely return to Bulgaria and to royal villas either as a family or with friends again. A perfect holiday 😊

Stayed here with 8 friends for a week. Had the most amazing time. Villas and surroundings exceptionally clean. Also maintained every day. Owner and family very nice and helpful. Group aged 22-27, perfect to be out of the main strip of sunny beach and not too far to travel. Taxi service suggested by villa owner reliable and on time. Will go back again!

We had a wonderful time from start to finish on our holiday. The Villas were as described in the description. The owner was very helpful and very friendly . The Villas are very modern and well maintained. It’s about 30 minutes in a taxi to sunny beach. We went down about 5 or six times , the owner gave us a number for a local Taxi man who was at our back and call and he was very friendly also. If you are looking for a holiday away from all the madness this is definitely the place for you . Would definitely recommend Royal Villas.

I stayed in one of the Royal Villas in Bryasotvets for a week at the end of July/start of August 2017 with my wife, my 14 and 10 year old daughters, and my 2 year old son. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The villa itself was clean, well furnished and equipped, and felt very spacious and comfortable to us; the gadgets (television, Wi-Fi etc) all worked perfectly. The garden was absolutely gorgeous, the pool lovely and the BBQ area superb; they were tended every day and this perfectionism really showed. We were looked after by the owner and his sons; we were met at the station and it was clear that if we needed anything, one of them would have been round in a flash. They also arranged car hire for us (through ” top rent a car”, who were brilliant). The personal attention to both the state of the villa and our holiday were very much appreciated. There were several beaches (both of the ‘sunny beach resort’ type and less busy ones such as the one in the beautiful old town of Nessebar) within 30 minutes drive. It is worth doing your research as the guide books we had missed a lot of useful information out. The village was served by a nice little shop that seemed to be always open, and the walk up to the cross on the hill well worth doing one evening. We wished we were staying another week. If, like us, you are nervous about booking from a small private operation such as bulgarianvillarenters rather than one of the big agencies, be assured that this one is not only legitimate, but both extremely professional and very helpful and friendly. The whole stay was perfect!”

We had the most wonderful time in Bulgaria, our hosts made us feel very welcome. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival, the swimming pool and the gardens were beautiful and both areas were cleaned on a daily basis. We had an outside BBQ area. Bedding and towels were changed every week and if you needed anything all you had to do was ask. Nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely go back again……

This year in August, we spent two weeks at the Royal Villa. This was our first holiday in Bulgaria and not really know what to expect. After a fairly grueling two-day trip we got to Bryastovets. The hosts were in place, since they live across the street. All times are available for guests but do not impose the their presence. Appearance of the house, garden and swimming pool as shown in the description and the pictures. Every morning the garden was cleaned, watered but so as not to disturb the sleeping campers yet. Location very quiet. In the evenings, the only sound was our children that raged in the pool. Commute into the sea very quickly, but for us, the sand is overrated. The sea is very warm, the bottom is flat and sandy. Fortunately, the Villa Royal has a swimming pool, and as we did not want to go to the sea and rested at the pool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in case of problems. We experienced this personally when we had to drive our daughter to Burgas to the hospital. We had our doubs because there is no air conditioning in the cottage. We were afraid that it will be hot. It turned out that despite the hot weather over 35 degrees in the cottage was nice both by day and night. We spend wonderful two weeks at the Royal Villas and recommend it to all who are looking for peace and quiet place. Jacek Korus

Polish W tym roku w sierpniu spędziliśmy dwa tygodnie w Royal Villa. Były to nasze pierwsze wakacje w Bułgarii i nie bardzo wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać. Po dość męczącej dwudniowej podróży dotarliśmy do Bryastovets . Gospodarze byli na miejscu , gdyż mieszkają po drugiej stronie ulicy. Cały czas są dla gości dostępni ale nie narzucają się swoją obecnością . Wygląd domu , ogrodu i basenu tak jak przedstawiono w opisie i na zdjęciach. Codziennie rano ogród był sprzątany , podlewany ale tak aby nie przeszkadzać śpiącym jeszcze wczasowiczom. Okolica bardzo cicha . Wieczorami słychać było tylko nasze dzieci , które szalały w basenie. Do morza dojeżdżało się bardzo szybko, ale dla nas piasek jest przereklamowany. Morze bardzo ciepłe, dno równe i piaszczyste. Całe szczęście, że Villa Royal posiada basen i jak nam się nie chciało jechać nad morze to wspaniale wypoczywało się nad basenem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni w razie problemów. Doświadczyliśmy tego osobiście gdy musieliśmy jechać z córką do Burgas do szpitala. Wybierając te domki mieliśmy wątpliwości ponieważ nie ma tam klimatyzacji. Baliśmy się , że będzie gorąco. Okazało się , że pomimo upałów ponad 35 stopniowych w domku było przyjemnie tak w dzień jak i w nocy. W Royal Villas spędziliśmy cudowne dwa tygodnie i z czystym sumieniem polecamy tym wszystkim którzy szukają ciszy i spokoju.
