Well-maintained pool, deckchair available as well as a parasol. Quiet & peaceful place . The estate is very well maintained. Well located and convenient barbecue area. I would recommend it and would definitely come back.

We have just arrived home after 10 days at Sunny Hills. We had a great time and will definitely plan to visit again. Our late flight time meant that we arrived at an unsociable hour, but it was not a problem for Iliya, who happily greeted us. The villa was spacious and clean with beautiful greenery surrounding us to give us some privacy. All of the beds had clean linen with spare pillows/blankets. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Although the villa supplies bath towels, take swimming towels with you. The one thing that stood out was just how peaceful it was. As a family with young children, we wanted to be able to explore the busier areas of Bulgaria but be able to drive back again, to enjoy the quiet of the village/complex. I’d definitely suggest a hire car to visit Sunny Beach, Nesebar and Burgas etc, just be mindful that many of the roads are not complete or have large holes. Check out BBQ Chuck Wagon and the Crystal Restaurant for dinner!

It was a very nice stay at lliya’s place. We will definitely remember and recommend this place. Car hire is necessary, which would give you freedom to visit different beautiful beaches around. His wife did her best to make our trip peaceful. They were always there when we needed any help. All the best from our whole family

A wonderful place, equipped with everything - much more than necessary for any type of stay as a purpose and period of stay. Kilometers from the noise of Bourgas, from the lights of Nessebar and Sunny Beach, but not so far if you want to go there. My family and I immersed ourselves in the peace and quiet that Sunny Hills Villas offers amidst greenery, meadows, and the personal space that gives every house in this complex. Where one can simply enjoy the Here and Now. The pool is wonderful and extremely well maintained. Everyone has their own deck chair. The barbecue is enough to accommodate a good company. Cozy, clean, tidy, one feels at home. Tactful, kind, friendly, hospitable, and good owners ... as if they are not there, but they are always there to respond to your every request.
There were all comforts such as a fully equipped kitchen, great internet, which is trouble-free and can be worked quietly, mini-golf, vegetation and wide, comfortable rooms, and the terrace in front of each house gives the unique opportunity in the morning surrounded by peace and quiet to drink coffee and this is a big plus!
Very good combination. This is exactly how I imagine rural tourism. Obviously, the complex is made by a person with taste. The ideal place to work rest.
Cons - no nice grocery store and lots of cats

Прекрасно място, снабдено със всичко - много повече от необходимото за всякакъв вид престой като цел и срок на пребиваване. На километри от шума на Бургас, от светлините на Несебър и Слънчев бряг, но не й толкова далеч ако пожелаеш да се разходиш до там. Със семейството ми се потопихме в тишината и спокойствието, което предлагат Sunny Hills Villas сред зеленина, полянки и личното пространство, която дава всяка къща в този комплекс. Където човек може просто да се наслаждава на Тук и Сега. Басейна е прекрасен и изключително поддържан. Всеки си има своя шезлонг. Барбекюто е достатъчно да побере добра компания. Уютно, чисто, подредено, човек се чувства като вкъщи. Тактични, мили, приветливи, гостоприемни и добри собственици...все едно ги няма, но са винаги там да откликнат на всяка твоя молба. Имаше всякакви удобства като напълно оборудвана кухня, чудесен интернет, който е безотказен и може да се работи спокойно, мини голф, растителност и широки, удобни стаи, а терасата пред всяка къща дава уникалната възможност сутрин обгърнат от тишината и спокойствието да изпиеш кафето си и това е голям плюс! Много добро съчетание. Точно така си представям селския туризъм. Очевидно комплекса е правен от човек с вкус. Идеално място за работа отмор.
Минуси - няма хубав хранителен магазин и много котки

Świetne rodzinne wakacje! Dobra i bezpieczna lokalizacja

Gospodarze bardzo mili, życzliwi i pomocni. Kontakt bardzo dobry zarówno przed wyjazdem, jak i w trakcie pobytu. Dom dobrze wyposażony jeżeli chodzi o sprzęty, naczynia czy sztućce. Wifi działa bez zarzutu. Cały teren bardzo zadbany. Basen czysty, woda ciepła, a ze względu na niewielką liczbę gości w innych domach, często był wyłącznie do naszej dyspozycji. Leżaki dostępne bez konieczności wcześniejszej "rezerwacji". Strefa grillowa również dobrze wyposażona. Lokalizacja dobra - blisko (20 minut) nad morze, do miasta (Rawda, Burgas, Słoneczny Brzeg), a jednocześnie bezpieczna - na uboczu, bez dużych skupisk ludzi. Oczywiście wskazane jest wynajęcie samochodu na czas pobytu.

A great family holiday! Good and safe location

The hosts are very kind, kind and helpful. The contact is very good both before departure and during the stay. The house is well equipped when it comes to equipment, dishes or cutlery. Wifi works flawlessly. The whole area is very well maintained. The pool is clean, the water is warm, and due to the small number of guests in other houses, it was often only at our disposal. The beds are available without the need to "book" in advance. The barbecue area is also well equipped. Location good - close (20 minutes) to the sea, to the city (Rawda, Burgas, Sunny Beach), and at the same time safe - on the sidelines, without large clusters of people. Of course it is advisable to rent a car for the duration of your stay.

Exceeded all my expectations

Very quiet location, about 15 minutes by car to the beaches of Burgas. There are a small shop and restaurant in the village, but there does not have much. For a Lidl or a real restaurant, you have to get in the car. The complex is located in a remote village and therefore has a very private, safe, and exclusive appearance. The maintenance and finish are really super, everything is there to make it as pleasant as possible for you. Swimming pool, bbq, oven, wifi, lots of outside space around the villas to look for shade or not. Not to mention, it is also extremely clean. These cottages are more than worth your while, and if you prefer not to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still want to be close to the Bulgarian coast, this is definitely recommended!

Heel rustig gelegen, ongeveer 15 minuten met de auto naar de stranden van Burgas. Er is een piepklein winkeltje en restaurantje in het dorpje, maar dat stelt niet zo heel veel voor. Voor een Lidl of een echt restaurant moet je even de auto in. Het complex ligt in een afgelegen dorp, en heeft daardoor een heel besloten, veilige en exclusieve uitstraling. Het onderhoud en de afwerking is echt super, alles is aanwezig om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zwembad, bbq, oven, wifi, veel buitenruimte om de villa's om schaduw of juist niet op te zoeken. Niet te vergeten, het is er ook enorm schoon. Deze huisjes zijn meer dan de moeite waard, en mocht je de drukte van de stad liever niet willen, en toch heerlijk in de buurt van de Bulgaarse kust willen zijn is dit absoluut een aanrader!

Lovely villas in a quiet complex. The villa, grounds, and swimming pool are clean and well maintained. The village, within walking distance, has a pub/restaurant. Although its menu is limited, it is cheap and friendly and the barman speaks good English. The villa is within 25 minutes drive from Nessebar and Sunny Beach, but you will definitely need a car. There is a lovely barbecue area, with seating, which we very much enjoyed. Iliya and his wife were very welcoming – they have a tradition of putting up their guests’ national flag at the villa to make them feel at home! I would recommend Sunny Hills for a family holiday.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in einer der Sunny Hill Villas und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt in einem Dorf abseits der Touristenzentren. Das Haus und die Anlage sind gepflegt und ruhig. Vor allem unsere Kinder genossen den großen Swimmingpool. Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We loved the setting of the villas: it is safe and peaceful, the children had a great time and we were able to enjoy an excellent family holiday without being too much on top of each other. We enjoyed meeting other families around the pool too! Everyone was friendly! The weather was lovely and not too hot; the pool is delightful and we had a great game of water volleyball! The staff were always pleasant, maintained the site very well and ensured we had a great holiday! The mini-golf was great fun for all ages – even the toddlers had a go!

Hello, Our holiday was very good, we enjoyed it much. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The area is very calm and recommended for relaxing. There are many places to visit around unsung the house as a start point. There is no parking inside the complex but it was ok. The house is spacious and large enough for a big family. Hallo Ihr Lieben! Der Urlaub war sehr schön, wir denken sehr gerne daran zurück. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Eine ruhige Gegend – zum Erholen zu Empfehlen. Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe und i.O. Wir haben einen Parkplatz in der Anlage erwartet, aber so war es auch o.k. Das Haus ist geräumig genug für eine Großfamilie.
