За пореден път оставаме в студиото и сме изключително доволни. Локацията е чудесна - близо е до гарата и е в най-удобната част от центъра. Студиото е просторно и чисто, има всичко необходимо за да те накара да се чувстваш уютно и у дома си. Винаги има бърз отговор на чат и телефона.

Once again we stay in the studio and we are extremely satisfied. The location is great - it's close to the train station and in the most convenient part of the center. The studio is spacious and clean, it has everything you need to make you feel cozy and at home. There is always a quick response on chat and phone.

Great apartment, nice and cosy. We had a great time. The beach and the city center is in a walking distance.

The apartament is really cosy, modern and elegant. you can find almost everything you’ll need on your holiday, or whatever bring You to Burgas. Illya and his sons are very nice and warm people. It was a really pleasure to be their guest!

Отдыхали в начале августа 2017. Это отличное жилье для тех, кто путешествует вдвоем или семьей с 1 ребенком (от 4-5 лет, так как спальное место – диван в зоне гостиной). Расположение студии САМОЕ УДАЧНОЕ: рядом 2 пешеходные улицы, вокруг много ресторанов и кафе, до пляжа и парка около 1 км, рядом автогара (вокзал), удобно, если планируете поездки в другие города на автобусе. Студия просторная, очень удобно расположен кондиционер относительно кровати – за стенкой, которая номинально разделяет спальное место и гостиную. Потому как спать лучше с закрытыми окнами. Улица не оживленная, но утром уже слышно машины. Апартаменты находятся не на солнечной стороне, днем не нагреваются, приятно возвращаться с пляжа в прохладу (даже при выключенном кондиционере). Хозяин приветлив, за отдельную, небольшую плату (как мы посчитали) забрал нас из аэропорта и обратно. Спасибо хозяину, у нас остались самые лучшие впечатления о Болгарии в целом!

Stayed at the studio early August 2017. This is an excellent accommodation for those who travel alone or with a family with 1 child (from 4-5 years, since the sofa is in the living room area). The studio location is GREAT: there are 2 pedestrian streets, there are many restaurants and cafes around, to the beach and the park about 1 km, it is close to the bus and train station and it is convenient if you plan to travel to other cities by bus. The studio is spacious, the air-conditioning is located very convenient behind the wall, which nominally divides the sleeping place and the living room. This makes it convenient to sleep with closed windows. The street is not busy, but in the morning you can already hear cars. The apartments are not on the sunny side, they do not warm up during the day, it’s nice to return from the beach to the coolness (even with the air conditioner turned off). The host is friendly, collected us us from the airport and back for a small charge. Thanks to the owner, we have the best impressions of Bulgaria in general!

Excellent petit logement, calme et bien situé. Proche tout commerces et plage(10min à pied). Petit bémol, stationnement payant 9h à 19h 50ct euro/heure. Sinon très bien et accueil parfait.
