Such an amazing place, my partner and me loved it, the placement can't be better, just in the center, and still a lovely chill place to rest. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the center of Burgas and a beautiful apartment at the same time. Everything was clean and had a nice cozy atmosphere.

Great host in the center of Burgas. Clean and stylish with AC (which you definitely need in the hot summer), close to pubs, restaurants, parks, main train station and the South bus station. Easy to communicate and fast replies.Thank you

A very well equipped studio, just turn up with your clothes. In a very central location but at the same time was very quiet. Excellent air con which worked brilliantly. We would definitely stay there again. Prompt and efficient transfers, all in all, a great 6 days.

Just a perfect place to stay in Burgas. Everything you need to stay in comfort - perfect location - close to walking street, supermarkets, lots of bakeries , restorants. Very cozy and comfortable studio, newly equipped. Highly recommended , will definitely return.

My partner and I stayed in Burgas for a week. The place was clean and conveniently located, it's in the city centre. Would definitely recommend booking this flat!

I visited Bugras in June, 2018 and I really recommend Iliya's place. It looks as nice as on the picture, maybe less space in real but enough for 2 persons. Have to pay your attention to location. That is more than perfect: very close to the Central Railway Station, Bus Station, main pedestrian avenues, walking area, shops etc. Very easy to get this place if you arrive in airport. Iliya is a nice owner, very friendly . On our arrival place was clean and good prepared. Kitchen area is manned with all necessity. Bathroom is nice, shower pace is clean, that was not unimportant for me because I like the cleaness. I got what I paid for. I wish Iliya to have more and more thankful guests, more and more nice reviews about his place! Iliya, thank you some much for your nice place. I felt as at home.

Iliya's place has perfect location. We barely used any taxi because you can basically walk everywhere - to the beach, to the central and bus station. Apartment is well equipped, modern and clean. It was pleasure to stay at your place. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable and wide enough for two people. Amazing.Loved it!! Thank you!

Best location in Burgas, right by the pedestrian street near the shops, restaurants and the sea. The aparment was in a quiet block house by a quiet side street. Bakery shop next door. The apartment was nice size, the bed was good and kitchen amenities good, too. For the tidyness I give 4, windows were a bit dirty. The only minus was that the apartment was a bit hard to find (at night) because of the lack of street names and gloomy street lights. But that is not the apartment owner’s fault. And what comes to the owner of the aparment… he was very flexible with us, both when arriving and departing. And a very nice person, too. We had good conversations of Bulgaria, its past, current era and its future. Thank you and regards from Maria and Jukka.

Great apartment right in the center of burgas. well equiped and well air-conditioned. the host was friendly and helpfull. the nearest beach is 10minutes away, there is a supermarket (BILLA) nearby and lots of restaurants (i highly recommend the ‘golden fish’). heads up for unfair taxi drivers in burgas (make sure they start the meter).

The apartment is really really close to the bus station, beach, bakery, supermarket, good restaurants, city centre, farmer’s market, really, everything! It is really cosy, clean, modern, and compact, perfect for couples for a romantic holiday. The host is really nice, replied within minutes even in the evening! If you come to Burgas, you shouldn’t look for any other apartment -these are the best!

Очень хорошая студия, все чисто и опрятно. Тихий кондиционер не мешает спать. Реально быстрый Wi-Fi. Прекрасное расположение: до моря 12 минут пешком. Рядом чудесный парк, много ресторанов, в 3 минутах ходьбы магазин Billa. Чудесный хозяин! Видела его всего два раза- при заселении и отбытии. Потому, что в студии все налажено- заезжай и живи). Никаких проблем и вопросов во время проживания не было. Очень рекомендую. Окна студии выходят в переулок, так что ночью очень тихо, несмотря на то, что местоположение- самый центр. Very good studio, everything is clean and tidy. Quiet air conditioning does not interfere with sleeping. Really fast Wi-Fi. Lovely location: to the sea 12 minutes of walking. Near a wonderful park, many restaurants, a 3-minute walk to the Billa store. Wonderful owner! I saw him only two times, when checking-in and leaving. Because in the studio everything is set-up, just get in and live. No problems and questions during the stay. Highly recommend. The windows of the studio are looking to the street, but at night it’s very quiet, despite the fact that the location is the very center.

must say this is one of the best apartments for the price you can get in Burgas with a great location and lovely hosts. We had George one of the sons picking us up early in the morning from the airport which was much appreciated and we could check in straight away and get some rest with no problem. When we were leaving we asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere safe until our flight later on and again nothing was a problem and we managed to relax and enjoy our last hours before leaving. Me and my mum had a great and relaxing holiday and we would only reccomend to stay in one of those lovey modern apartments, we are even planning to return back in a near feature.
