Really nice location. 5 minutes walk from the main bus station and 10 minutes walk to the Main Street where you find all kind of restaurants. 15 minutes walk then you can get to the beach. The room itself is also very cozy! AC works perfectly and I love that we have a small balcony to put our laundry (mainly wet swimsuit) If you want to get local recommendation from the host, you might be a bit disappointed here…I asked for restaurant recommendations with the guy who helped us check in but he said I should just google probably because it’s such a touristic town. But the rest is super!

Such an amazing place, my partner and me loved it, the placement can't be better, just in the center, and still a lovely chill place to rest. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the center of Burgas and a beautiful apartment at the same time. Everything was clean and had a nice cozy atmosphere.

A very well equipped studio, just turn up with your clothes. In a very central location but at the same time was very quiet. Excellent air con which worked brilliantly. We would definitely stay there again. Prompt and efficient transfers, all in all, a great 6 days.

I visited Bugras in June, 2018 and I really recommend Iliya's place. It looks as nice as on the picture, maybe less space in real but enough for 2 persons. Have to pay your attention to location. That is more than perfect: very close to the Central Railway Station, Bus Station, main pedestrian avenues, walking area, shops etc. Very easy to get this place if you arrive in airport. Iliya is a nice owner, very friendly . On our arrival place was clean and good prepared. Kitchen area is manned with all necessity. Bathroom is nice, shower pace is clean, that was not unimportant for me because I like the cleaness. I got what I paid for. I wish Iliya to have more and more thankful guests, more and more nice reviews about his place! Iliya, thank you some much for your nice place. I felt as at home.

Iliya's place has perfect location. We barely used any taxi because you can basically walk everywhere - to the beach, to the central and bus station. Apartment is well equipped, modern and clean. It was pleasure to stay at your place. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable and wide enough for two people. Amazing.Loved it!! Thank you!

Best location in Burgas, right by the pedestrian street near the shops, restaurants and the sea. The aparment was in a quiet block house by a quiet side street. Bakery shop next door. The apartment was nice size, the bed was good and kitchen amenities good, too. For the tidyness I give 4, windows were a bit dirty. The only minus was that the apartment was a bit hard to find (at night) because of the lack of street names and gloomy street lights. But that is not the apartment owner’s fault. And what comes to the owner of the aparment… he was very flexible with us, both when arriving and departing. And a very nice person, too. We had good conversations of Bulgaria, its past, current era and its future. Thank you and regards from Maria and Jukka.
