Stayed with my family for a week only at Villa Knox, wish we could stay longer but we didn't have the time for a longer holiday. Highly recommend Villa Knox to everyone!

This Villa exceeded our expectations. It was a fantastic price for what we got. The villa itself was amazing. Really clean, well equipped with everything you would need and the showers especially were really good (very powerful and instant hot water). The pool also was lovely. A really good size and was cleaned daily in the morning by the host. The location itself is really good.. Roughly 20-20 minutes from a lot of good tourist attractions; nessebar, sunny beach, camel park, neesebar waterpark, burgas. The host was amazing also and was always contactable before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this host and this villa.

We had a great time and a wonderful stay at Villa Knox. The place is cozy, well-designed, clean, and well-equipped. Plus, the wonderful garden and the big and clean pool made the stay even more wonderful! The place also has quite enough space for a family. The house is cool during the afternoon and the evenings, so you can take a rest.

Iliya and his family were great, very kind, and very welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality. We had great communication with them and would love to come back and stay here again.

We'll definitely remember our stay here and recommend it. Thank you for everything, Iliya!

Suntem un grup de romani care anul acesta am ales sa ne petrecem vacanta la vecinii nostri bulgari. Cautand sa stam mai izolati, mai departe de aglomeratie, am decis sa rezervam Villa Knox ideala pentru doua familii cu copii(copii au camera lor). Plaja este la 30 de minute de locatie dar nu este o tragedie avand in vedere linistea si intimitatea de care ai parte. Pentru a evita aglomeratia de pe plaja si caldura dupa ora 11 pana la ora 16, am decis sa ne petrecem diminetile la piscina noastra privata dar si pentru a savura in liniste micul dejun si cafeaua(bucataria este utilata cu tot ce trebuie asa cum apare in descrierea proprietatii). Gratarul din curtea interioara este foarte util pentru cei care au placerea sa se gospodareasca singuri. Pe timpul pranzului casa este racoroasa si iti ofera tot confortul pentru a te relaxa in concediu. In fiecare zi dupa ora 16 am fost la plaja (cel mai mult ne-a placut plaja de langa Burgas deoarece nu era aglomerata) pana seara in jur de ora 20 cand ne opream sa luam cina inainte de a reveni la locatie(va recomand happy bar&grill cu specific grecesc). Piscina si gazonul erau intretinute zilnic in fiecare dimineata in jur ora 7 de catre gazde astfel incat sa nu fim deranjati. Proprietarul este foarte amabil si disponibil in caz de nevoie (la un telefon distanta😜). Inainte sa facem rezervarea am primit raspunsuri la toate intrebarile noastre adresate pe what’s up in timp real. De asemenea la chek in am primit informatii si sfaturi astfel incat sa avem un sejur cat mai placut. Cu siguranta vom reveni!

We are a group of Romanians who this year chose to spend our vacation with our Bulgarian neighbors. Looking to stay more isolated, away from the crowds, we decided to book Villa Knox ideal for two families with children (children have their own room). The beach is 30 minutes away but it is not a tragedy considering the peace and privacy you have. To avoid the crowds on the beach and the heat after 11 am to 4 pm, we decided to spend our mornings at our private pool but also to enjoy breakfast and coffee in peace (the kitchen is equipped with everything you need as it appears in property description). The barbecue in the inner courtyard is very useful for those who have the pleasure to manage themselves. During lunch the house is cool and offers you all the comfort to relax on vacation. Every day after 4 pm we went to the beach (we liked the beach near Burgas the most because it was not crowded) until the evening around 8 pm when we stopped for dinner before returning to the location (I recommend Happy Bar & Grill with it's Greek meals). The pool and the lawn were maintained daily every morning around 7 o'clock by the hosts so that we would not be disturbed. The owner is very kind and available in case of need (at a distance phone). Before making the reservation we received answers to all our questions on what's up in real time. Also at check in we received information and advice so that we have a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Iliya for being an amazing host during our stay in the peaceful village of Bryasotvets! Villa Knox has been our little paradise to which we escaped during the pandemic! With its well kept garden, barbecue area and quite large swimming pool around them we had the best time ever! The village is quiet and if you are looking for privacy that would be the best place to go for! The villa is with tall enough fence around it so no neighbours can't see you while you are enjoying a swim! The house was cleaned and kitchen was fully equipped including a washing machine as well! Another great thing about it is that's not that far away from all great beaches in Bulgaria! Easily you can drive every day to different beaches as most of them are around 20 minutes drive away (Burgas city, Old Town of Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Pomorie and also 3 aquaparks). With its own barbecue you can easily enjoy a quiet day in the village, making some sausages and swim around the pool (which is cleaned daily)! Iliya, thank you very much for your warm welcome! We will definitely come again to Villa Knox!!!

It is one of the best accommodations we have experienced. The rooms are large and very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. We were surprised to see that there are anti-insect nets on all windows, in the pictures they are not seen and are not mentioned on the site, but it is a plus of comfort. I will tell you that the pool is large exactly as in the description of the site, and the relaxation area next to the pool offers you privacy, due to the hedge high enough. There is a BBQ where you will find the grill, but also shade on hot days. The hosts were solicitous but very, very discreet. Este una din cele mai bune cazari experimentate de noi. Camerele sunt mari si foarte curate, bucataria este complet utilata. Am fost surprinsi sa vedem ca exista plase anti insecte la toate geamurile, in poze nu se vad si nici nu sunt mentionate pe site, dar constitue un plus de confort. Va voi spune ca piscina este mare exact ca in descrierea site-ului, iar zona de relaxare de langa piscina iti ofera intimitate, datorita gardului viu suficient de inalt. Exista un foisor unde veti gasi gratarul, dar si umbra in zilele toride. Gazdele au fost pline de solicitudine insa foarte, foarte discrete. Desi curatau piscina zilnic faceau acest lucru dimineata foarte devreme si in liniste. Recomandam site-ul bulgariavilla.com pentru confortul si discretia oferita de gazde.

We stayed in Villa Knox on our honeymoon trip in July 2020 and had a fantastic time here. The villa and the swimming pool are great and the place is close to everything, just a few minutes drive to supermarkets or interesting places like Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Highly recommended!

Abia ce ne-am reintors.. O saptamana relaxanta alaturi de familia extinsa. O locatie superba pentru cei ce cauta o zona linistita, aproape de plajele principale (cca. 25 km - 25 min cu masina).Sunny Beach si Burgas. The villa was absolutely beautiful! The gardens and pool were kept wonderfully clean and the villa was fully equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. Iliya and his wife were so very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our holiday was amazing, so much so that we are returning next year for three weeks this time!

We stayed in Villa Knox and had a wonderful holiday. The Villa is great for family with great accommodation and a wonderful pool & BBQ area as well as being very well maintained and clean. Iliya and his wife were lovely and very helpful. Location is a perfect balance of laid back retreat, but close enough to the busier areas for Beach, restaurants etc.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Villa Knox. Iliya was incredibly warm and friendly host, keeping the pool and gardens immaculately clean and manicured. The villa itself is very comfortable with every amenity you might need. The BBQ and pool areas are brilliant and we spent endless hours idling away the time in the gorgeous sunshine, messing around in the water and soaking up the amazing views. The children absolutely loved it! I would recommend visiting the supermarket in Burgas first after flying in rather than heading straight to the villa as you’d be doubling back on yourself otherwise - buy lots of BBQ meat and the Varna rose wine. On our last night we found an enchanting Bulgarian restaurant called Crystal in Medovo. The food was delicious and the surroundings are quirky and unique. It will be a visit you won’t forget.

Superb!

Just back from a two week stay in Villa Knox and we missing it already! A beautiful villa in a quiet location, exactly as seen in the photos! We were made to feel welcome with personal collection at the airport with guidance to the property. Very large villa with ample space for us a family of 6. Spotlessly clean, gardens and pool exceptionally kept and well maintained. The location is ideal, 30 min to Nessebar/Sunny beach, aqua parks, 20 to burgas airport, 30 to Burgas beach and park (stunning). We loved every minute and Iliya and his wife were fantastic and always on hand if needed.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful!!

This villa is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful!! The pool and gardens are immaculately well kept. And it's even better than you'd imagine in person! The only issue as a family of 7 for us was the surrounding area, we was quite far away from anywhere and had to travel by 8 seater taxis but we ended up with a lovely taxi driver who took us out often! We frequented the local bar and Ponka made us feel so welcome even making us chip buttys (which he'd never heard off) I would book this villa again if it was just me and my partner as I feel too many kids spoil the beautiful atmosphere so maybe in the future when our kids are grown we will return. Iliya and his wife were lovely and helpful whatever we needed. Take care :)

A lovely stay at the Villa Knox, it was our first Villa holiday and we were greeted by our host on arrival. A 20 minute drive from the airport. We hired a car which is a must and found the Villa really easy by using the coordinates that Ilya gave us for the Sat Nav. The Villa was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, a lovely well kept pool and a undercover BBQ, which we used daily. The local shop is about a 5 minute walk, but only stocks the essentials (Bread, Milk etc). Situated in the mountains the Villa had a lovely breeze and it was really hot. We travelled to Sunny Beach which was 25 minutes away and Nessabar 20 minutes away. We also made regular trips to Lidls to stock up on food and beer. The nearest big supermarket was 25 minutes away in Burgas. We also found a lovely restaurant in Burgas call Incanto, very good food and friendly staff. We enjoyed the days down by the pool, the gardeners were very discreet when cleaning and maintaining the pool areas. The pool was great especially in the evening, where there is good lighting to go for a early evening dip. The only improvement I believe would make it more enjoyable stay, would be to have air conditioning in the Villa. The evenings in August are very hot, the fans are great to have but didnt always cool us down. A great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Absolutely loved Villa Knox, the pool and garden were immaculate, the villa was really clean, 1st time in Bulgaria and we can’t wait to return, you do need a car for this place but the prices are very reasonable. We had lovely BBQ and a small trip to nessbar or sunny beach for a nice meal, sunny beach was one of the nicest beeches we’ve been to.

The villa was very well appointed. The pool was cleaned daily. Villa modern and clean. Very quite, lovely evening listening to the dogs, frogs and crickets. You do need a car, Borgass short distance away. Good shopping centres. If you want travel further a field Sozopol is beautiful to visit, about 1 hour. Hosts both very lovely people and friendly. Always helpful, thank you. The village itself is small and quiet, which we loved. Bulgaria is cheap and a hidden gem. Would definitely return, had a wonderful time.

Отдыхали в июле в этом уютном доме с красивейшим садом. Сначало немного испугало что нет кондиционера,но после первой ночи поняли что он совершенно не нужен,по вечерам свежий воздух спускается с холмов и в доме очень свежо. Дом находится в очень удобной локации в небольшой деревушке,где тихо и спокойно.До Бургаса 15 км,где есть и рынок и большие магазины и пляж. Большой бассейн где дети проводили много времени.Очень чисто и аккуратно,есть интернет,стиральная машина.Что ещё порадовало,так это кровати с очень удобными матрасами,все спали как дети,а дети спали как младенцы))Хозяева живут не подалеку,сад и бассейн убирается каждый день. И конечно же красивый вид на залив и Бургас.Мы провели очень замечательный отдых,и обязательно вернёмся!!!
