These beautiful identical 3-bedrooms detached villas for rent are perfect for your summer holiday or to catch up with your friends in peace. Magnolia & Gardenia are consisted by villa Magnolia and villa Gardenia. The villas are detached villas with private entrances , private gardens and shared swimming pool. There are no other guests in the same villas except you, your family or your friends.

Living rooms

In the living rooms, there is a sofa, coffee table, Flat TV with satellite TV channels.

3 bedrooms in each villa

Each of the villas are featuring three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms are very comfortable and equipped with clean towels, linens, pillows, iron, iron board and hair dryer.

Equipped kitchen

In the living rooms are situated an open-plan kitchens with dining areas for six people. The kitchens are equipped to meet your cooking requirements. There are full cutlery and pottery sets, refrigerator, an electric cooker with ovens and stove, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave .

Bathroom

Each of the villas have one bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

The Location:

The villas are situated in the picturesque and quiet village of Bryastovets (Burgas, Bulgaria). The village is close to the sea but far enough from the crowded and busy resorts. The distance to main Bulgarian resorts like Sunny beach, Nessebar, Burgas, and Pomorie is only 15 to 20 min by car. The connection roads to all of the famous places on the Black sea coast are fast and well maintained.

The private garden is big 500sq.m. and it is surrounded by hedges. The garden has been mainly laid to lawn with beautiful seasoned flowers, trees and shrubs. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ only for your use. In front of the each villa is the garden patio equipped with table, chairs and umbrela. There you can dine outside your homemade food.

The playground is shared by the guests of Sunny Hills Villas

Swimming pool

Close to the villas , you can enjoy a big shared swimming pool. The pool can be used only by the guests of Sunny Hills Villas. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas for whom wants to chill around the pool. The pool is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
