Thank you for the welcome on arrival and information regarding local area and places further. The villa is spacious and gave our children a pool and our own private spaces outside.

We came on vacation with parents and children. I really liked it, better than I expected. The area is clean and green, large pool. The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment and furniture. The kitchen also has everything you need. Very quiet, had a great time. We plan to come again. Ilia is a great host, thank you for your stay!

[English] We had a very pleasant stay at Vila Magnolia. Iliya and his wife were very helpful with questions and requests from us and also checked during the stay if everything was to our liking. We found the location perfect. Within walking distance was a village store and a bar, in both we encountered very friendly people. The house itself has a spacious garden, where our children could play well and they loved the pool. The beaches in Burgas and places like Pomorie and Nessebar are within easy driving distance for day trips. We would definitely recommend it.
[Dutch/Original] We hadden een heel prettig verblijf in Vila Magnolia. Iliya en zijn vrouw waren erg behulpzaam bij vragen en verzoeken van ons en checkten ook tijdens het verblijf of alles naar wens was. Wij vonden de locatie perfect. Op loopafstand was een dorpswinkel en een bar, in beide troffen we erg vriendelijke mensen. Het huis zelf heeft een ruime tuin, waar onze kinderen goed konden spelen en ze vonden het zwembad fantastisch. Strand, Boergas en plaatsen zoals Pomorie en Nessebar liggen op een prima rij-afstand voor dagtripjes. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden.

All was as advertised, the owner is a very nice guy, very friendly, location is very close to Burgas. Plenty of services available for the rental, including cleaning, laundry washing, cot, and high chair rental. We even broke a couple of plates and the owner didn’t want any money for it. Lovely swimming pool, beautiful light at this time of the year, lovely little garden, set in a charming small village. The only negative point would be the Wi-Fi which is sporadic inside the property, but better outside. Satellite TV not boasting a lot of relevant channels. However, one doesn’t go to such a holiday location to spend their time on the internet or watching TV!

This is an excellent holiday complex for families with small children. Clean, safe, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings. Clean and comfortable swimming pool. The houses are equipped with all the necessary and consistent with the description and photos on the site. Conveniently located 25 km from Burgas, Nessebar, and Sunny Beach. Hospitable hosts who speak Russian. There were no problems with check-in and accommodation. We had a great holiday. Thank you!

Отличный комплекс для отдыха семьям с маленькими детьми. Чистая, безопасная, уютная и красивая территория. Чистый и удобный бассейн. Домики оборудованы всем необходимым и соответствуют описанию и фото на сайте. Удобное расположение в 25 км от Бургаса, Несебра и Солнечного Берега. Гостеприимные хозяева, говорящие на русском языке. Не было никаких проблем с размещением и проживанием. Мы прекрасно отдохнули. Спасибо!

We spent an enjoyable holiday in Sunny Hills Villas. The villas are well equipped, clean and spacious. The pool is cleaned every day. The villas are located in a garden with trees, the surroundings are clean and neat, peace and quiet. Great place for families with children. The beaches in Bourgas, Ravda and Nessebar about 20 km away. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Strongly recommended. Regards and thank you for staying..

Spędziliśmy udany urlop w willach Sunny Hills Villas. Domki są dobrze wyposażone, czyste, przestronne. Basen jest codziennie czyszczony. Domki znajdują się w ogrodzie z drzewkami owocowymi, otoczenie czyste i zadbane, wokół cisza i spokój. Świetne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Do plaż w Burgas, Rawdzie czy Neseberze około 20 km. The complex, villas, and surroundings are very beautiful. Everything is very clean and well maintained and the people are very helpful. We enjoyed our holiday here because it was quiet and we were quick in the city or at the beach. This is a perfect place for families or people who don’t like noisy tourist places. Die Ferienanlage, Häuser und Umgebung sind sehr schön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Leute sind total lieb und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns riesig gefallen, da es sehr ruhig ist und man trotzdem schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand ist. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien oder Menschen die nicht gerne grossen Rummel haben. Wir sind sicher nicht das letzte mal bei ihnen gewesen!!!! Wirklich toll! Weiter so. Liebe grüsse, Ruth Halm.
