Svishtov Winery established in 1948 as part of the Wine&Spirits Monopoly. Privatised in 1997 through a MEBO. 2003 became part of Bulgaria's only fully integrated wine producer. The Company produces high quality varietal wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, and since 2006 – Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Wines are traded on domestic and international markets.

The well known wines – Merlot from Stambolovo AOC, Merlot from Sakar AOC, the high quality regional wines from the varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are a result of the combination between the favorable climate conditions, high technological achievements and old traditions. The wines mature in small oak barrels to fascinate connoisseur with their high quality, soft and harmonious taste.
Haskovo Winery is a successor of the established in 1932 Patkovi Company for production of wine. In 1947 it became a branch of the Bulgarian Spirits Monopoly. The winery became a private property in 1997. -

Vini wine cellar was originally founded in 1920 as a winemaking cooperative under the name of “Shevka”. Currently it is one of the biggest wineries in Bulgaria with an annual capacity of about 80 million kg of grapes, 3 bottling lines, and 3000 barrels. The biggest cellar, the bottling facilities, and the administration of VINI are located in the town of Sliven, which lies at the southern foothills of the Balkan Range and to the east of the Valley of Roses. Additionally, there are 3 wine cellars for initial winemaking in the region – in the towns of Nova Zagora and Shivatchevo, and the village of Blatets. Vineyards of white grape varieties are located around the cellar in Blatets, while the red wine grape varieties are located around the wine cellars in Sliven, Nova Zagora, and Shivatchevo. Vini produces red wines of different grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot noir, and white wines of the grape varieties Chardonnay, Muscat, Traminer, Ugni Blanc, Rkatsiteli, Misket, and Aligote.

“Villa Hisar” and “Villa Lyubimets” are trademarks of VERTIKAL company for producing of high quality red and white wines. They appeared on Bulgarian market five years ago when along the region of Lyubimets and Hissar were planted first vines, and the products were named after their places of origin. The company owns 1240 acres vineyards near Lyubimets and Hissar. The vineyards are cultivated on modern vine-growing techniques under strict technological control. The company’s main prerogative is to produce high-quality products, from new generation, in order to satisfy the needs and tastes of the wine connoisseurs. For the red wine admirers Villa Lyubimets produces and offers wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Mavrud grape varieties. For the white wine varieties Villa Hissar produces and offers wine from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Misket and Riesling grape varieties.
